first time I ordered two weeks before an event, the package never came and I had to email them. They wouldn’t refund me even though I had nothing to wear for my event and weeks of my subscription wasted. Now, I cancelled my membership and returned my package per the policy and they charged me for another month. You cannot win with this company. Not to mention they have no customer service number, so you have to wait DAYS for an email response from the team. Impossible to fix issues, not worth the price, and a complete mess. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. use nuuly or something.

Everything cute and new is always sold out. And the old stuff that is left is either very worn or out of style. I can hardly even find anything I want to rent. The app is so glitchy it’s almost impossible to shop. Not worth it in my opinion.

I have had nothing but problems with this service. When I got my first order I received nothing that I ordered, it was a bunch of random items I didn’t order. The reply “omg this never happens” they promised they would return that order back so I would still have my two orders for the month. It’s been 1 month and that issue hasn’t been resolved. On my most recent order I selected expedited shipping and added an extra item to my cart. Instead of being charged once I was charged 6 times. There is no phone service. Everything is done via email— which is not efficient. Something else that is frustrating is a lot of the items are always unavailable— they don’t seem to be properly stocked to adequately supply the needs for amount of people using the platform. Some of the more popular items that I have rented seem to be very worn out as well which also backs this theory up. Additionally app and the website constantly glitch and freeze. I did this as a discounted 2 month trial. I will not be keeping the membership and will be cancelling.
