Recent reviews

I signed up for one box and the clothes either smelled musty or like body odor. I received a French Connection blazer that had a black mark on it. One of the sweaters I ordered was pilled. The app suggests outfits that often have “check back soon” on the clothes, so it’s advertising appealing clothes that aren’t available to order. I didn’t realize I would continue to get billed even if I wasn’t ordering additional clothes and the company refused to refund me for charges even though it’s clear I haven’t used the service.

Beware! The app is terrible to use, but what is more concerning is that they do not process clothes when you send them back. They lack any kind of tracking for package return. Clothes I returned weeks previously will still appear as ‘with you’. They then change fees for the returned clothes. Clearly that’s how they make money, being dishonest and then changing fees.
