Mama Support

Mama Support is a mobile app that helps new mothers track symptoms of postpartum depression and seek timely support.

Mama Support addresses gaps in current screening practices, where assessments occur during pediatric visits and often miss early signs of distress. Each day, the app guides mothers through a one-minute mindfulness exercise and a validated screener, then visualizes their results over time. If risk is detected, it provides a pre-written message and script to contact a provider. Mama Support helps mothers become aware, take action, and advocate for their mental health.
