I used the app fine no problem but now it's asking me to disable my internet security. The hell type of bs is this!!!! Needs to be fixed or apps needs to be taken off.Its unsafe!!!!!!!!

Love the app and what it provides. I wish there was an easier way to figure out how to change kettlebell weights or 1-2 kettlebells. Still haven’t figured out how to do that could just be once the program is finished.

Workout’s are hot or miss. Some are great some just ok(filler content). Needs to be able to save workouts to create your own weekly planner.
