It is a great app for the price. Easy to use and very simple to navigate. My only wish is that there was a way to increase/decrease the weight in the middle of a workout similar to how you can change the number of reps.

It’s a good beginner app. Heavy on the upper body. However it needs the ability to pause the workouts or have a “confirmation” that your workout is finished. I swiped out of the app and it auto cancels the workout. So I had to go back in and restart the whole thing and there’s no way to skip to the exercise I was on. Second, when it tells you what weight to use it would be nice if it gave you any indication that that was per arm or total when you’re using 2 kettlebells. I don’t know how long I’ll use this app with its limitations. Fortunately it isn’t too expensive.

This is a perfect app for kettlebells. I mix weight loss with total body alternating days.
