This is the perfect app for anyone with a home gym inclusive of dumbbells. The affordable purchase allows you to customize preset workouts and add supersets. Simple and effective. Thank you! The others apps offered are equally effective and appreciate the fact that you can use any of them, with some limitations, and include them as part of a great fitness program.

App is easy to navigate and simple to use. It easily adapts to your goals. You can use the built in workouts or simply write your own workout. I would recommend this app for anyone wanting a simple way to keep up with your dumbbell workouts.

With such low cost, this group delivers consistently high quality workout routines. I use this dumbbell workout frequently. I use their Tabata routine (8 4-minute routines) every week at least twice and their Sportsman program (many “work to max,” strip set body weight workouts) about twice per month. Great stuff!!
