First I have to tell you my nightmare story of downloading dozens of workout apps, looking specifically for dumbbell workouts. They are horrible and one thing or another is missing or wrong with them. Most of all they are UGLY! And they are all BLACK, as if working out is a mater of going to a funeral. What is wrong with developers?! Workout should be bright and fun with colors and inspiring tings, not a torture chamber funeral. This app is the same — could not have uglier guys representing the app! Nevertheless, it has some really nice workouts — not many; I wish there were more options and I fear there won’t be any more added. The last time the app was updated was a year ago! In any case, I wish he’d add more workout options. The other nice thing is that it has a long list of exercises so you can create your own workout. You can choose the exercise, and then order them around up taking them up or down on the list. That is fantastic. It has a nice voice that guides the workout. And, best of all, you can play your own music during the workout. My wishlist: TAKE THOSE UGLY MEN off! Use some good looking guys and girls. Make the colors fun, like light blue and orange. Most of all, please add more workouts.
