2026-06-23	Ta*****	It’s so difficult to find things on the new app, when you try to go to rewards you get an error page, it simply doesn’t work well at all.

2026-06-22	Sc*****	If this is supposed to be the dominant form of paying claims by early July, you have a lot of work to do in the next few days. I had to constantly lock out my phone and unlock it just to get the keyboard to type a single letter. After finally getting the email and password situated, it didn’t even log in. I ended up just calling to make a payment, as it was faster to talk to your slow, automated line than it would be to try to log in again.
