Setmore Appointment Scheduling

I absolutely love Setmore! From the very 1st time I downloaded it I knew it would make my life easier! It surely has, for the past 3 years now. I’m a work from home stylist and booking was a pain, I would post my schedule then clients would text me, I would have to redo my schedule anytime someone booked, sometimes I’d get multiple inquiries because the times weren’t updated on time!!! Too much stress. Setmore has simply made things so much better, stress free and at ease. I love the simplicity of it, user friendly and how quickly I can change things around! Worth it.

Very poor experience with both the app and customer service. We are having a major issue with customers booking appointments, and it is creating real problems for our business. The issue happens in the app and also on two different browsers, which should have been enough for customer service to take it seriously. Instead, they brushed me off and blamed my browser. They did not properly investigate. They did not test the issue. They did not ask enough questions to understand what was happening. They simply acted like it was my problem, even though the same issue happens across multiple platforms. For a booking app, this is a huge deal. If customers cannot book correctly, that directly affects business. I expected support to care enough to look into it, but they did not. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this service to any business that depends on reliable appointment scheduling and responsive support.
