Very poor experience with both the app and customer service. We are having a major issue with customers booking appointments, and it is creating real problems for our business. The issue happens in the app and also on two different browsers, which should have been enough for customer service to take it seriously. Instead, they brushed me off and blamed my browser. They did not properly investigate. They did not test the issue. They did not ask enough questions to understand what was happening

I've complained many times about how the scheduling is not suitable for certain businesses. Start and end times are worked out first then divided by the slot times you specified. If you enter a break that isn't a slot time it throws appointments off for the day. It can't be that hard to change so you can have a break and start the next appointment at the break end time. Like seems logical that should be allowed.
