I like the options of having multiple perks within the booksy platform for the cost however, I’ve had nothing but challenges since my switch with lack of support and communication had it not been for my sales consultant, inconveniencing my clients and exporting my calendar I would have switched back to my previous platform. As a beauty professional that relies on her income from clients from day-to-day, I do have some concerns regarding no/show cancellations. I’ve lost income and have been inconvenienced and as of today still have not been able to recover the monies lost
