Meet your Instructor: Cat Gieser is a perinatal movement specialist, DONA-certified birth doula, and mama of two based in the San Francisco Bay Area! Cat is passionate about helping mamas build the knowledge, strength, and confidence to thrive throughout the motherhood experience rather than just survive!
