The design of this app and functionality is wonderful. It’s direct and informative yet not overwhelming. For someone who is curious and would love to track every piece of data but also can quickly realise a lot of it is useless (to me) this is a breath of fresh air. Can’t wait to see what more comes from this developer!

This is an approachable app for everyday fitness that provides insight into activity, recovery, and general wellbeing. The UI is well-organized, and the orange character adds personality and a lighthearted touch throughout. The generous free tier, customizable views, and on-device processing for privacy make it stand out from similar apps. The developer is also extremely responsive and receptive to feedback. I continue to use Yoa daily and definitely recommend trying it out!
