This is an approachable app for everyday fitness that provides insight into activity, recovery, and general wellbeing. The UI is well-organized, and the orange character adds personality and a lighthearted touch throughout. The generous free tier, customizable views, and on-device processing for privacy make it stand out from similar apps. The developer is also extremely responsive and receptive to feedback. I continue to use Yoa daily and definitely recommend trying it out!

I’ve been using Yoa for a while to keep an eye on my sleep and overall health, and it’s been great. The app is super easy to navigate and really well organized. It’s helped me be more mindful about my habits and make better choices day to day.
