NueSynergy Mobile provides a single access point for participants to manage consumer-driven healthcare and other tax-favored benefit accounts. It shares user authentication with the NueSynergy Online Participant Portal, so registered users can download the app and log in to immediately gain mobile access to their benefit accounts, with no need to register their mobile device.

Key features in the initial release include detailed account information, balances and transactions; the ability to fund an HSA from checking or savings accounts; view all email and SMS alerts; and contact administrators from the mobile app. It uses the same username/password as the online portal and offers stronger authentication options (Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and challenge).

When putting in the security code, it automatically toggles back to the alphabet after each number instead of staying on the numbers. The security code only contains numbers. This is a huge nuisance.

I have to deal with my card being frozen by you guys because of denied payment transactions at least twice a year. This really needs to stop. I wish the State of Kansas would not contract with you guys again.
