I downloaded this app to help track my progress at the gym, and it’s been amazing so far. It’s perfect for creating workout regimens and easily following along during each session. I can just open my “leg day” blueprint, and it lays out exactly what I need to do that day. It also makes it super easy to track my progress, adjust weights, and update my programs as I improve. I couldn’t recommend this app enough!
