This new app is slow and terrible. My devices on Lorex Classic are quick and never have any issues. The two new cameras I got that make me use this app for them are extremely slow (if they ever even do connect) and terrible. Please go back to using Lorex Classic.

I like how there’s no subscription. But over all this app sucks it’s very slow. It’s load slow. I could be getting robbed and when I go on the app to see it loads so slow and by the time it’s ready the burglars are out the door. Not sure why this device couldn’t be set up to the Lorex classic. ?

After being contacted and giving this more thought, I would like to clarify part of my original review. When I first purchased this camera, I did not understand that this specific model does not offer a subscription option for recording and instead requires a SIM card for certain features. I learned that after returning it. That detail was not clear to me at the time of purchase, and I sincerely apologize for my earlier comment regarding the subscription. That said, the camera still did not meet my particular needs. While it provides a live feed, I personally needed consistent event recording with reliable playback access. In my experience, even when pressing “record,” there was nothing available for playback afterward.
