Great cameras

App instability: freezes, goes offline, and cannot connect to cameras
Lack of updates and poor customer support (no updates for years)

Always errors out. The app will not let you logout. Have to delete app and reinstall to log back in.

If you’re not connected to your own wifi, the app will crash every 3 seconds. The cameras themselves will tend to shut off in the app despite being up and active, huge delays and freezes no matter what connection you’re using, and app will randomly stop working every two weeks so you’ll have to uninstall and reinstall the app to have it working again. Watching footage in the app also takes around a day to actually play if it decides to playback
