Recent reviews

Been using this system for couple years now. Always worked Ok. But like many other reviews, whenever they update, seems to be more issues than before. My app sends notifications but can’t see a live view. And wont load any image. They’ll say it’s the phones internet connection or an issue with update and to verify most update version. Have done everything, still not working. I have my DVR connected to a monitor so I can watch it at home like that but app is mediocre. Will be changing cameras if it continues like this.

STAY AWAY FROM NIGHT OWL PROTECT!!!It always goes offline when I need it the most! 🤦🏻‍♂️and NOW On 07/17/2026 I can't log in to check my DVR. STAY AWAY FROM NIGHT OWL PROTECT!!
