Pros

Mobile app is usable on smartphones (iPhone and Android).
Cameras themselves are great hardware and integrate with the Lorex system.

Frequent crashes and errors ('something went wrong') that prevent loading video.
Video playback often fails to load or is laggy/misses footage.
HD view settings do not persist and default to SD on each launch.
Onerous login friction from MFA and auto-logout, causing delays during doorbell events.
Updates frequently break functionality and reduce reliability (e.g., SD/HD defaults, crashes).

Why is a password (or face I.D.) required EVERY TIME the app is opened??? PLEASE MAKE SETTING TO DISABLE PASSWORD. for some of us it is not needed.

High quality video and features for a reasonable price, no subscription and even software for multiple camera views males choosing Lorex a no brainer, I have been using them fir years and even their customer support is live agents who know what they are doing and not half assed “AI” agents that only provide minimal information like it is now the norm.
