How is this game rated so high when it doesn’t even work?

Downloaded, doesn’t work. Says it “Can’t connect to resource”. Offloaded the app, tried again, same message. Deleted and reinstalled, same message. 1 Star unless I can actually play the game. Can’t play, no positive feedback
