The app is full of issues. Does not send alerts to verify a trusted device or to connect external accounts via Plaid despite having all notifications turned on. Customer support not available after work hours or on weekends. Worst of all does not allow for external account linking if transferring funds OUT of OpenBank. Only works to transfer into the account. Terrible experience with OpenBank.
