The Barclays US app is outdated and painful to use. • Password managers are ignored — no autofill support at all, forcing manual entry every time. • FaceID setup works once but disappears on every future login. • Readability is terrible: tiny, light font with zero contrast on white backgrounds makes checking balances exhausting. Basic modern banking features are missing. Barclays needs to fix these fundamentals.
