This app is a scam. It basically is a browser. It opens the mobile site for SHW. It is so outdated that it loads an old client portal by default. Although you can click to navigate to the new client portal, the mobile site is very limited and some buttons don’t function. (Ex: you can’t access policy documents). Don’t bother with this app, and maybe reconsider another warranty service that invests in a functional client portal.
