If you want an app that’s scientific based with decades of sports science and exercise physiology experience and credentials you need to check out this app. Founded by a leading exercise sports scientist, multiple Author and TED speaker, this app has workouts suited for middle distance to long distance runners. Great for beginner runners to those experienced runners who want to refine their training program. The app gives you live and real time feedback on your pace - which is great for me as I am always running off my target pace. It provides feedback while running. Best suited if you have an Apple Watch with cellular connectivity but I used this app both using an Apple Watch and running with my phone. Definitely worth a try .

I have been running for more than 20 years, and this is the best app I have ever seen. It gives you a large menu of workouts to choose from for every type of running workout a runner would do, and coaches you in your ear while you’re doing the workout. My coach also loves it! He’s in another state and we meet for workouts. It feels like he’s watching me!
