2026-06-30	Dw*****	Your app really is a mess. It thinks I have to re-set up the wifi everytime I open it even when I’m not closing the app. This is seriously undermining your tech cred. Get this fixed. Stabilize it and add a live monitor. The app should tell me where it’s at vs where it’s heading temp wise.

2026-05-12	JB*****	The app doesn’t do much. You might as well just use the manual buttons which doesn’t seem right for this expensive of a product. They need to hire an app developer and more customer service.

2026-05-02	Ka*****	What a piece of junk. Brand new out of the box and the app can’t connect to the mattress. Says the password is wrong. Which is the password that was given in the instructions. ALSO you can’t use it on the app if you have anything other than 2.4ghz internet in your home. We only have 5ghz so we’re screwed.

2026-04-29	Ch*****	The app is very straightforward and easy to use. Don’t forget to turn on the 3-level temperature in the settings. The only complaint I have is that the firmware update takes so long to press the button that my finger hurts a bit.

2026-03-28	Da*****	The topper itself is not bad. But the app makes it too hard to control what's happening. It goes on when I'd prefer it to be off. It gets hot suddenly in the middle of the night. The controls are too opaque for me to understand how to adjust it. I've been playing with it for several days and it's just too frustrating. Making a professional app in this day is not that hard. You need to make this investment if you want your product to succeed.
