What a piece of junk. Brand new out of the box and the app can’t connect to the mattress. Says the password is wrong. Which is the password that was given in the instructions. ALSO you can’t use it on the app if you have anything other than 2.4ghz internet in your home. We only have 5ghz so we’re screwed.

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. Don’t forget to turn on the 3-level temperature in the settings. The only complaint I have is that the firmware update takes so long to press the button that my finger hurts a bit.
