Why in the world devs would “improve “ a user interface with a more clunky version boggles the mind. You took a stylish easy to use dial with a large display and made a smaller version that you have to hit multiple times to change the temperature. Awful update. Truly. Made your product more tedious to use.

Chilipad has been a game changer for me. I’ve been a hot sleeper I think most of my life. Moving to a drier heat state in my 20’s, I dreaded summer. Air conditioning just wasn’t enough at times and I started to really worry about how I would function when menopause hit. I started going to bed with wet washcloths, ziploc bags of ice, etc. My initial searches for products… I found things that would cool for several hours, but I’d need to swap out middle of the night. Ugh! Then I stumbled on Chilipad. Best thing ever!!! I use it every night all year long. I just adjust the temp in the winter. I finally experienced a night of sleeping without waking up sweaty. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night during the summer because I’m so hot. I can snuggle under covers and feel cozy yet still be nice and cool with the Chilipad on. Take a nap during the day? Chilipad. Sitting up in bed working on computer, paying bills? Pop on Chilipad. It’s so amazing! Pleasssee don’t ever stop making Chilipad.

Latest app release is terrible. Please return the ability to turn off the power using Wi-Fi connection. Bluetooth won’t connect. Now unit is not shutting off based schedule.
