Pros

Comfortable Go2Sleep ring that is easy to wear overnight.
Good value and a comfortable ring fit.
App provides insightful health data through its algorithm.
Software and firmware updates have, in some cases, improved reliability and provided complete overnight data.
In at least one case, replacement/support was responsive and helpful when issues occurred.

Cons

HealthKit/Apple Health integration is broken or not syncing consistently.
Frequent network connectivity and login/pairing issues within the app (network errors, sign-in problems, cannot connect).
Data syncing/inaccuracy concerns (inconsistent sleep data, mismatches with other trackers, timing issues).
Poor or difficult-to-access customer support with slow responses and refund challenges.
Forced upgrade to SleepOn3 and related instability of the app/compatibility issues (e.g., with HealthKit).

Yea I been a sleep on ring owner since the first Gen! Now I have the latest one and been having nothing but issues and I’m not satisfied at all like I was with my Gen 1!! Seems like you guys are not updating the app routinely and that’s something us customers and users rely on guys! How about updating please and get apple Health integration working again because it has not worked since I got this new ring and been using sleep on 3!! Let’s go guys! Thanks! I will give a better update on my review when it’s fixed! Have a nice day!
