2025-11-01	Ca*****	I have been trying to cancel but this app does not make it easy. I have tried to contact a coach but has not gotten back to me. I cancelled the program on my app and also sent an email. Let’s hope this works !!!

2025-10-22	Fr*****	I like the idea of this but the videos are glitchy and backwards. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not have it work. The person who called me re: the Protocol review was pushy. I didn’t want the supplements. It seemed that was the entire premise of the call. I had high hopes this would help with my ankle swelling. It might if I can stick with it through the frustration.

When you try to manage your subscription they force you to do a live chat but the wait is always ‘longer than normal’. When you email they want you to call. When you call no one is available. STAY AWAY! NEVER join an app through Instagram because they screw you.

2025-08-30	Ni*****	In was looking for help. I had a hard time logging into the app. Once I was I. It worked for a day then it stopped. Kept loading ! I called the main line and they could do nothing and the technicians don’t work on weekends. I was out of the app. For three days. Don’t waste your money!!!!

2025-08-23	cm*****	Tried to cancel my subscription via email as the order ID i was provided did not allow access to my account. Although the company answered my email, they proceeded to charge me the following month for a subscription that was no longer authorized. Absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure to inform anyone considering the app to stay far away.

Started with their live chat at 2:30 with a cancel request said that customer service was busier than usual. I then sent a cancel request email at 2:53. Tried live chat again around 6. When I had a chance I called today and got the runaround to cancel would not give me a credit back because they responded at 9:11 at night even though I simply wanted to cancel and put cancel for different times. Watch the seven day trial it’s a trap and customer service is not customer service oriented. I will never use anything by this company ever again. And if I could give less than a star, I would.
