| 2026-08-02 | Ke***** | After 30+ years of living with fatigue, having every blood test possible with zero answers, it finally occurred to me that the cause could be related to my anxiety. So I went in a whole new direction and started researching what I could do about it. I watched a video about this app. I downloaded it and added it to my morning routine. I fix my coffee and before turning on the television, I do 2 or 3 sessions. While I’m not “cured” just yet, I do see some progress. I am definitely using the tools I’ve learned so far every day. | |

| 2026-06-24 | eg***** | I would recommend this app to anyone dealing with ME/CFS who is feeling ready to use their brains as a tool to help them recover. Every bit of this is so well-thought-out, well-researched, intuitive, and useful. I especially love Isla, their empathetic, knowledgeable, and wise AI chatbot who has helped me navigate stressful situations, setting boundaries, sleep issues, and so much more. I feel less alone with this app and feel like there truly is a path to recovery. I could say a lot more, but bottom line is that this illness is hard enough, so why not try out having some help? | |

| 2026-05-24 | An***** | The team behind FreeMe understands both their audience and the tools that are most helpful. Small, bite-sized lessons, meditations and trainings that really get at the heart of what’s going on for someone who has CFS. This app is so much more accessible than other brain-retraining programs out there, especially if you have brain fog. Looking forward to seeing how they develop the app over time. | |

| 2026-05-18 | ou***** | Freeme has given me hope and helped me get out of CFS. After a short period I have regained significant function and capacity back within my life that has garnered comment from my poise and family about how much more productive and active I am. I’m not 100% yet but I have hope that it’s attainable | |

| 2026-05-02 | mc***** | I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but have been too tired to write one as comprehensive as I would like to, so I’m leaving a more brief one for now and hopefully can come back to make it more thorough later. I have had had ME/CFS, which is what this app is designed to help treat, as well as a functional neurological disorder, for about 6 and a half years. In the last year I had to stop school and work altogether because the fatigue had become so severe, so I was really hunting around for every option I could find. I came across FreeMe and Chris through Raelan Agle, who’s another great resource, and thought it would totally be worth the shot, especially because it’s absolutely affordable for what it is. I am pursuing traditional treatment options thru healthcare, but wait times + referrals, etc. are very long, so I wanted something that would give me guidance and direction plus something to work on while I was waiting months to see doctors. It’s been about six months since I downloaded it, and I do feel it’s been one of the most helpful, if not the most, helpful thing I’ve done in my pursuit of recovery/treatment. For the record, I’m not, like, cured, or anything, but I actually feel like it is possible to eventually completely recover. I’m too tired to go into any more detail about the app itself at the moment, but if you feel like this might be something helpful for you, I 100% recommend giving it a shot. | |

| 2026-04-16 | MC***** | I have used the Freeme app for the past 10 months to help recover from Long Covid, which I struggled with for 4 1/2 years. The education, brain retraining exercises, and meditations were so helpful and just the right length of time when fatigue or brain fog made it hard to do anything or focus. When I started using Freeme last summer, I was only about 40-50% recovered. Happily, 10 months later, I am around 90% recovered. I highly recommend this app as a standalone program or part of other recovery activities to overcome Long Covid and other conditions like ME/CFS. | |

| 2026-01-19 | Mi***** | I don’t have me-CFS, but I do live with a few autoimmune “conditions” that can bring on unbearable fatigue. I have found the Free-me App to be of invaluable help, much better than any pharmaceuticals I have tried. Thank you Chris and all. | |

| 2026-01-19 | re***** | It’s nothing you haven’t seen before, just the same nonsense about the solution being to just pretend your symptoms dont exist/arent a problem. It has a little extra fluff to make it less offensive, so if you haven’t tried that premise before then go for it. But for most of us who have been sick for 5+ years, we know that this approach does not have real evidence behind it. | |
