End of last year I was out of country for few months and couldn’t work. I came back and started working again . But past six months I haven’t been able to get the contract back. And also most importantly I’m not even getting proper help . I’m qualified to get the contract still due to favoritism . I’m missing out. They don’t reply to my emails . I’m just asking for fair help still I don’t get. I hope it all get resolved. As I absolutely love working for Blacklane .

Notifications arrive with a huge delay, and sometimes the notification sound doesn't even play until long after a job is posted or someone has already taken it. You basically have to keep staring at your phone screen to catch anything. Since this app was bought by Uber, it has gotten much worse. The same kind of hacking that affected the Uber driver app is now happening here, with some people using third-party apps and auto-accept tools to grab jobs instantly. As a result, honest drivers like me basically have no chance of getting jobs, because these fake apps are much faster than any human. And since more filters and changes were added, the problem has gotten even worse. It seems the company needs to take this issue more seriously and make sure that all drivers have a fair chance.

2026-07-22	Ka*****	I believe that when Blacklane presents job offers to chauffeurs, it should only show the origin/pickup city and the destination/dropoff city along with the offered price. The way it's currently showing the complete address details is confusing and makes it harder to accept the job, forcing drivers to open the job posting to better see the cities and then accept it.

2026-05-18	Kn*****	There seems to be a delay in offers coming through, sometimes there’s nothing showing when you open the app. Also if you’re not staring at your phone with your finger in the swipe position it’s hard to accept an offer it will be gone already. I think the offers should be sent to you like uber.

We pay very high costs for commercial insurance and expensive vehicles, but in the last eight months I only completed 4 rides. The company usually pays around $80–$85 per ride, and when a customer requests a trip, the request is sent to all chauffeurs at the same time, so the chances of actually getting a ride are very low. Another major issue is customer service. Whenever you contact support, they rarely solve the problem. Most of the time they just send copy-and-paste responses and sometimes provide incorrect or misleading information. Overall, I do not recommend working with this company as a chauffeur.

2026-04-25	cl*****	Stay away if you are thinking of joining Blacklane. When you accepted a ride and need to giveback less then 24h you have to pay 40% up to 100%. Watch out instead of making money you are paying for other drivers and they get 100% profit from customer. Even if you get 1000 5 stars in a row and 1 BS customer give you a bad review you get no offers for next 3-4 months. Worst pay ever $180 ride you get like $80 then paying tolls and others you left with nothing. After working like a month you see earning like 5,000 then fines like 4000 you don’t even have enough for gas. No job offer after a BS customer review like for not safe driving or anything. Why the other 1,000 pax didn’t write a bad review or even a 4 stars. Do not drive for them you be working for free.
