Blacklane for Chauffeurs

I’m a veteran and also professional chauffeur. I absolutely love working for Blacklane . It’s been few years. Never had a job less than 5 stars. End of last year I was out of country for few months and couldn’t work. I came back and started working again . But past six months I haven’t been able to get the contract back. And also most importantly I’m not even getting proper help . I’m qualified to get the contract still due to favoritism . I’m missing out. They don’t reply to my emails . I’m just asking for fair help still I don’t get. I hope it all get resolved. As I absolutely love working for Blacklane .

This app works very poorly. Notifications arrive with a huge delay, and sometimes the notification sound doesn't even play until long after a job is posted or someone has already taken it. You basically have to keep staring at your phone screen to catch anything. Since this app was bought by Uber, it has gotten much worse. The same kind of hacking that affected the Uber driver app is now happening here, with some people using third-party apps and auto-accept tools to grab jobs instantly. As a result, honest drivers like me basically have no chance of getting jobs, because these fake apps are much faster than any human. And since more filters and changes were added, the problem has gotten even worse. It seems the company needs to take this issue more seriously and make sure that all drivers have a fair chance.
