Recent reviews

They only use email codes for signing in which take 2-3 minutes to arrive. This is frustrating when traveling and unacceptable for a car service provider like this. Take a note from Uber or Lyft!

I’d avoid this service until they improve their business model. I booked my first trail ride from the airport to my home with my family. Unfortunately, the airline lost one of our bags. While in the middle of dealing with that, the driver said he had to leave since he had another booking. Of course, Blacklane insisted on charging full price without providing the service. No credit offered and no support provided. I would highly recommend staying flexible by booking with one of the rideshare services which can be cancelled and rebooked much more flexibly. Avoid this scammy service if possible.
