Recent reviews

I had an upsetting and potentially unsafe experience using Blacklane. I rated a driver 3 stars. The driver called my cell to ask why. She said that Blacklane will not allow her to work for 3 months because of my review. Blacklane would not allow me to change my rating. Blacklane apparently (1) imposes harsh consequences on its drivers (2) allows drivers to link those consequences directly to a specific rider’s review and (3) allows the driver to contact that rider after the ride is over. Can you imagine if the driver had wanted revenge, and had my name and phone number?

Horrible experience trying to set up FIRST time booking. Cancelled booking within 10 minutes and still had the audacity to charge a CANCELLATION FEE. Fee for what? You didn’t provide a service! Self service AI couldn’t help and explained to support that i was deleting the app because it was too difficult to use.
