I’m really glad I found you! I’m going to have to visit my mom on hospice more often. 2 hours from the airport makes it difficult for family members to drive me. This is my second ride of many to come. Vehicles are always nice AND clean. The app is very user friendly. The communication about trips is reassuring. Not cheap, BUT reasonable for the service and price of mind.

This is for St. Louis area families traveling with children who need car seats. I was traveling with my two children (2 and 7 months) and needed a forward facing toddler seat and an infant seat, which I had on my reservation. When my driver arrived she had a booster seat - NOT a forward facing toddler seat, and a very old infant car seat that did not tighten properly. This is unacceptable and a huge safety risk. I wanted other families to be aware.
