2026-06-29	Ne*****	App crashes when trying to put a book on hold, no support options to report this bug so I’m writing this review in hopes it will be fixed! It is also very slow to start up and no autocorrect when searching for a book title.

2026-01-28	Di*****	This app worked great for me until today, when it just decided it would not open up, period. First it just wouldn’t recognize me, wouldn’t let me sign in, didn’t show my card or books I have on reserve, and now I can’t access ANYTHING, just get a blank screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it—still nothing. DISLIKE!!!

2025-10-30	De*****	This app was great when it first launched. Now it crashes whenever I try to place a book on hold. The images of the books are gone. The seamlessness of the app is gone. I’m not sure what changed, but even the update we had today, didn’t do anything to change the issues. There is never any kind of announcement on the app, notifying users that there is an issue and IT is aware and ready to use it.
