Look don’t get me wrong the app is a little difficult to maneuver, but to the people who are mass 1 staring this app (you’re more than likely doing it wrong) now of course I MAY be wrong and you may be doing everything right but just in case this may help. Flashforge products sometimes likes to switch the IP it’s on (even when LAN connected) you HAVE TO make sure it is on the same IP, same WiFi, same everything. Only then it works. I almost quit this app for the same reasons as all of you people. But please take a look into your settings in the printer, computer, and phone. Make sure it all lines up, if then it still does not work it’s definitely a manufacturing error.

The app makes it impossible to link the printer to the account because of a buggy camera app. You can not scan the QR code with the app. There is no focus feature and is simply impossible. I’m shocked they are allowed to see this product. Will be filing credit card charge back
