Got my son the printer. Did one job - the app barely worked. Now it won’t let us log in. I’m ticked

I LOVED this app up until they started making you sign in every time you open the app. I am not giving my kids account information on anything that may have a charge to my card ability, so I am now stuck signing into the app every time my kids open it and they’re obsessed with their printers. This makes it so they can’t use them on their own if I am not available. Garbage!
