Recent reviews

Harder to setup than SmartThings and Aeotec but became interested in non cloud based when my Goggle Fiber cable was cut and most if not all smart devices become useless. My hope is that 3 starts will become a 5 with more experience.

Almost 2 years ago I replaced my Vera ZWave hub with the Hubitat C8 + . So much more powerful and easy to set up several automations. All my older ZWave devices and a lot of newer devices work with out a problem . The hub is rj45’d to the LAN. Positioned in the center of the first floor of a three story single family home. This app is for status and state change both locally and on the road. All setup and programming is ( and has to) by PC to the hub’s internal web site. All in my house. No cloud control- all local and remote control is tunneled into the house. No monthly fees. Works flawlessly for me. PS: - works great with Google Home . Updates are on a quasi monthly basis. Very pleased :-)
