This app has become a complete piece of trash. I'm waiting for a better solution so I can switch. This was originally sold as all on your network no fees you own everything no worries about if the company goes out of business or whatever. But then they switched and now they're subscriptions and now the app is hot garbage. You can't find the settings you're looking for without spending 20 minutes searching around in an app that all you're trying to do is turn things on and off in. Frustrated!

I have had zero issues with the new app but honestly, generally use a browser as the app is nothing more than a wrapper for the webpages generated by the UI. I cannot comment on presence sensing as I quit relying on that back when I was using Smartthings. There are too many oddball things that can go wrong depending on the device and Android version for presence sensing to be reliable enough to automate from. I haven't found any platform that has 100% presence reliability.
