2026-05-24 Mi***** WeShape is not just an amazing app that customizes your workouts based on your physical fitness level and how you are feeling that day. It’s an entire community of awesome people that are coming together to cheer each other on as they navigate the craziness of life. In just two short weeks I can already see and feel a difference in my fitness level and my attitude. I am happy to show up for myself every day to practice movement that I enjoy. The WeShape challenges and podcast are both excellent as well. So many great things going on in this app. Thank you Coach Tyler and the amazing team of WeShape!!! 🫶🏼

2026-03-30 De***** I had lower back pain, couldn’t walk up stairs without pain in my knees. Now with consistent movement my back pain is less and stairs are no longer an issue. Highly recommended. Very positive approach to feeling better one’s body.
