WeShape is not just an amazing app that customizes your workouts based on your physical fitness level and how you are feeling that day. It’s an entire community of awesome people that are coming together to cheer each other on as they navigate the craziness of life. In just two short weeks I can already see and feel a difference in my fitness level and my attitude. I am happy to show up for myself every day to practice movement that I enjoy.
