I started having problems with signing into the app about 2 weeks ago it keeps telling me having trouble signing may take longer than normal and it doesn’t sign in until about 15 tries later

I get even get it set up since the second step doesn’t allow me to scroll down to hit the continue button. I guess nobody tried this app on a phone without an account set up.
