The app, and I fear, the company are amateur and unprofessional. I don’t have the time to list all of the confusing and nonsensical user experience and functionality. I wish homeowners had some say in who owns and services their mortgage. If we did, SPS wouldn’t be my choice.

Your app is garbage like the company itself. You charge a processing fee when there’s no other ways to pay. Which is just greed. May the cancer burn your descendants for generations. You are a garbage company rot in hell.
