you should have the option to cancel the payment if you accidentally applied to payments or there's a delay in the system, once the accident is made there's no fixing it. you can't call and cancel the payment even if you accidentally paid $2,000 while the system was doing that little circle swirl thing. over the last few months I've not been able to login without totally resetting my password AGAIN MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!!
