It turns out the key to a happy healthy life is balance, and the GoodLiife app will help you stay balanced.

ZENSCORE

Use the ZenScore self-diagnostic to understand how you feel about 11 areas of your life and your life overall. The short 11 questions assessment is a self diagnostic that produces an overall ZenScore as well as a BALANCE status and HAPPINESS status. Use the assessment to capture NOTES, GOALS and PLANS for each area.

LIIFESCORE

Use the LiifeScore self-diagnostic to understand how you’re doing in life and if you are doing the right things to create the life you want. This longer assessment is a thorough self diagnostic in 8 areas and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Use the assessment to get your LiifeScore and understand how to improve your LiifeScore.
