I have tried many apps to help me process some heavy emotions but, this app has actually helped me tremendously. Its very much like a therapist!! Being able to choose their approach is one of the best features in my opinion. Daily check ins and insights from sessions are great features as well. I have wanted to talk to a therapist for a while but I didn't feel like going through the "interview" process and having to wait for my next appointment each time detoured me. This app has helped me tremendously I would recommend it to anyone.

Sonia is the real deal! She really digs deep and helps me figure out the WHY and HOW to heal. I was shocked at how good this was. I got further with Sonia in two sessions than I have with my Therapist in 9 months!
