• Bill Payments such as Electricity Bills, Water Bills, DSTV, Zuku etc
• GePG Payments
• Airtime Recharge
• Funds Transfer (Interbank, Intrabank, Bank 2 Wallet)
• Merchant Payments using SelcomPay/Masterpass
• Service Requests - chequebook requests, stop cheque requests e.t.c.
• Face, Fingerprint, PIN pattern authentication supported
• Two-factor authentication as extra layer of security

Customers need to register for mobile and internet banking service, registration can be done at ICB branches.
