البرنامج جيد وسهل لكن مشكلته وعيبه بخصوص موضوع لما احول النقاط على اشيا ثانية .. مثلاً لما اشتري تذكرة او احولها لنقاط اوريدو .. يطلع لي بالبرنامج على سبيل المثال النقاط الي عندي تعادل ٥٠ الف نقطة نجوم ولما حولتها طلعت لي فقط ٢٥ الف !! وقبل كم شهر حاولت اشتري تذكرة طيران والموقع كان يعطيني ايام من عنده والاوقات من عنده .. انا استخدم البطاقة بكثرة واتشجع دائماً استخدم الفيزة عشان المكافاة لكن فاشل مقارنة بـ باقي البنوك. كرهت استخدم الفيزة بسبة الخيانة من ٥٠ الف حولوها لـ ٢٥ الف

للأسف للحين عايشين بالعصر القديم فجأة يتوقف البرنامج والبطاقات من العمل بدون سابق انذار وتتاخر بالساعات وبدون اي تعويض او تأسف للعميل والخدمات تصل للعملاء متاخره مو مثل بقية البنوك ،، وتحديث البرنامج للأسف بدل ان يكون اسهل من القديم وافضل صاار اصعب ومعقد اكثر ،، اتمنى ان ينتبهوا للعملاء
