Currency Services: • View up-to-date currency exchange rates. • Use the exchange rate calculator to estimate conversions. • Access saving account interest rates. 6. Location-Based Services: • Locate nearby ATMs and branches based on the user’s current location. 7. Customer Profile Management: View and update customer profile details. 8. Loan Inquiry: Check loan details, including balances and repayment schedules. 9. Postdated Cheques Inquiry: View details of all postdated cheques issued or received. 10. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): Access a comprehensive FAQ section to resolve common queries. 11. Contact Bank Information: Quick access to the bank’s contact details for support. 12. Set Account Nickname: Personalize accounts by setting nicknames for easy reference. 13. Transfers: • Transfer funds between the user’s accounts in EGP. • View a history of transfers between accounts. • Access a list of standing instructions for recurring transactions.
