I met John the driver who is friendly and professional. I am so LUCKY that this service runs!! It gives me independence! I am very grateful!!

First things first every driver I have is great. When doing these reviews I always rate the Drivers and not the App. Yes the app is great for the rider and people that are technically savvy. But also keep in mind Harbor Transit had older riders and Riders that are disabled. With that said you also have a dispatch Team that was also great to where you have Tied there hands to the app. Which while it has “learned” it took more time than most of you have thought. I would hope that you are pushing the software company as much as you push your drivers.

Instead of choosing a return trip booking time which is buggy, let the user simply choose how long they’ll be there.
